Job summary

Vero HR Ltd is seeking a proactive MRP Controller, Purchasing & Administration Coordinator to oversee MRPeasy, stock control, purchasing and administration across a growing manufacturing business in Milton Ernest, England. You will work closely with production, finance and suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed and orders are fulfilled accurately.

This hands-on role requires meticulous organisation, data management and a can-do attitude to drive improvements across stock

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Experience with purchasing and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Proactive, hands-on approach and good communication with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own MRPeasy system to maintain stock, purchasing and supplier data.
• Monitor stock levels to support production demands.
• Manage stock movements, discrepancies and stock counts.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders for materials and supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability and lead times.
• Monitor outstanding orders and resolve supply issues.
• Process customer orders and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare despatch documentation.
• Maintain records for purchasing, stock control and orders.
• Provide admin support to Managing Director and team.
• Assist with invoice matching and reporting.
• Support ISO 13485 quality management system compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in stock control and purchasing.
