Job summary

Vero HR Limited is seeking a proactive MRP Controller, Purchasing & Administration Coordinator to manage MRPeasy, stock control and purchasing in a growing manufacturing environment. You will oversee order processing and administration to keep operations efficient and accurate.

The role collaborates with Production, Finance and Suppliers to ensure materials are available, stock records stay current, and orders are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory management or purchasing.
• Experience using MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of MRPeasy system and maintain stock, purchasing and supplier data.
• Monitor stock levels to support production demands.
• Manage stock movements, discrepancies and stock counts.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure data accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders for materials and supplies.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability and lead times.
• Monitor outstanding orders and resolve supply issues.
• Process customer orders and ensure on‑time fulfilment.
• Coordinate deliveries and despatch/shipping documentation.
• Maintain records for purchasing, stock control and customer orders.
• Provide administrative support to MD and team.
• Assist with invoice matching, reporting and day‑to‑day ops.
• Support ISO13485 quality management system.
