Job summary

ERSG Ltd in Lincoln is recruiting a Material Resource Planning (MRP) Controller to ensure materials and components are available to support manufacturing. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate SAP-based material flow, manage supplier delivery performance and maintain accurate planning data.

Working in a hybrid full-time role, you will monitor inventory, respond to demand changes, and drive improvements in capacity, costs and on-time delivery across the supply chain while collaborating closely

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of MRP, production planning and inventory control.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication and supplier management skills.
Ability to solve problems and manage supply chain risks.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain material requirements plans to support production schedules.
Respond to changes in demand and assess supply chain implications to meet business requirements.
Maintain accurate planning data within SAP and ensure supplier delivery commitments are reflected correctly.
Monitor and control inventory levels across the supply chain.
Manage supplier schedules, delivery performance and exception messages to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate and resolve material shortages, supply issues and recovery plans.
Lead supplier operational reviews and drive improvements in quality, cost and delivery performance.
Assess supplier load and capacity constraints that may impact future delivery requirements.
