Job summary

Vero HR Limited is seeking a proactive MRP Controller, Purchasing & Administration Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing business. You will own MRPeasy, manage stock, purchasing, orders and admin to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll work with Production, Finance, Suppliers and the wider team to ensure materials are available when needed, maintain accurate records and continuously improve processes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, inventory management, purchasing, or a similar operational role.
• Experience using an MRP or ERP system.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the MRPeasy system and maintain accurate stock, purchasing and supplier data.
• Monitor stock levels and material requirements to support production demands.
• Manage stock movements, investigate discrepancies and assist with regular stock counts.
• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensure system accuracy.
• Raise and process purchase orders for materials, components and business supplies.
