In the UK, Safran Seats specialises solely in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide body aircraft, with industrial and engineering teams in Newport, Wales.
The MRO Supplier Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of outsourced repair activities across Safran Seats' approved MRO supply base. The role ensures repair orders are placed, monitored and delivered in line with customer commitments, contractual requirements, quality standards and operational performance objectives.
Working within a multidisciplinary MRO environment, the postholder acts as the primary operational interface with external repair suppliers, driving supplier performance, resolving issues, coordinating logistics activities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role is critical to maintaining on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and overall MRO shop performance.
