Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Programme Lead for the Civil Aerospace Aftermarket Operations team (Derby, hybrid with 3 days on-site). The role focuses on leading MRO capacity/capability programmes, coordinating engineering, commercial, procurement and quality to meet time, cost and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in MRO and/or a variety of project roles with accountability for quality, time, cost and performance.
• Experience in project management or equivalent, skilled at leading multi-functional teams.
• Formally qualified or working towards project management qualifications.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Passion to drive change and solve complex problems with analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering to cost, specification and time for defined work within a project and securing needed resources.
• Create and manage integrated plans/schedules and budgets, and control costs.
• Develop and maintain documentation to deliver work packages and act as focal point for project issues.
• Organise and chair schedule reviews and escalate decisions as needed.
