Qualifications

• Degree qualified engineer or equivalent
• Proven leadership of engineering capability
• Strong understanding of engineering delivery
• Experience leading transformation or operational excellence programmes
• Experience with Managed Service Providers and external partners desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead capability strategy and workforce roadmap for EPA
• Provide engineering support for production, aftermarket and operations
• Drive Zero Defects and Lean improvements
