Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Supplier Technical Assurance Manager in a hybrid UK setting (Derby/Bristol). You will lead Manufacturing Engineering within the supply chain, acting as Technical Authority to assure production capability and drive improvements across the product lifecycle.

You will manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers, champion product safety, quality and process excellence, and lead collaboration across internal and external partners to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified Engineer (UK minimum BEng degree or other national equivalent).
• UK CEng (Chartered Engineer) or other national equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering activity within the supply chain team.
• Act as Technical Authority for production methods and process capabilities.
• Promote a zero-defects culture and ensure Right First Time manufacture.
• Coordinate change control and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Interface with suppliers to drive manufacturing improvements and capability.
