Job summary

BBL Property Recruitment is seeking experienced Valuation Surveyors for a long established London private practice. Roles span London and Home Counties, with a low-volume, high-fee workload, averaging £1,400 per report.

MRICS or VRS is essential, with around 3 years PQE; weekend work is optional and paid as a share of fees, potentially adding several thousand pounds monthly. Basic salary up to £75k plus car allowance, pension and uncapped bonuses are highlighted for this rewarding role.

Job description

We're working exclusively with a long established, medium sized independent private practice based in London.

With an impressive international client base including High Street Banks, Private Banks and Specialist Lenders, they are now looking to hire additional Valuation Surveyors as follows:

• Positions available across London and the Home Counties, covering a select patch of postcodes built around your home base (focused primarily on loan security valuations)
• Low volume, high fee workload (£1400 per report average)
• Long & Short Form Valuation (commercial bias - development / HMO etc.)
• MRICS / VRS essential (with 3 years PQE or thereabouts - unfortunately our client cannot consider AssocRICS Surveyors at this time)
• Quality over quantity ethos (this is NOT a "5 points per day" type role)
• Diverse workload
• Highly desirable employer, positions rarely available and often only vacant through retirement or business growth (the latter being the case on this occasion)
• Weekend work available as an option for those keen to maximise earnings, paid as a generous "share of fee" of each job undertaken (add several thousand pounds per month to earnings for weekend work)

In addition to a basic salary up to £75k successful Valuation Surveyors can expect a generous car allowance, pension, annual leave entitlement and uncapped bonuses (percentage of fees) with no threshold.
