Job summary

Damicor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 4-6 years of consultancy experience for an upcoming hotel fit-out and ongoing CAT B projects. The role requires MRICS status or progression toward MRICS within 12 months, with a strong life-cycle management skillset and effective client leadership.

The position is office-based 3 days a week with 2 days remote, offering a clear career growth path and competitive package including a 15% annual bonus, 28 days leave, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
• PQ S/Consultancy background required.
• Experience with JCT contracts on mid-to-large projects.
• MRICS status or in-progress within 12 months.
