Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Oxford is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead projects from inception to completion across residential, heritage, healthcare and churches.

The role requires MRICS or RICS-accredited degree, at least 4 years' experience in a PQS consultancy, and a driving license. The firm offers a £50,000–£60,000 salary, hybrid working with four days in the office, pension contributions, travel petrol reimbursement and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited).
• MRICS qualification.
• Experience running projects with minimum supervision.
• At least 4 years' experience at a PQS consultancy.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract experience.
