The successful candidate will hold an RICS-accredited degree, be MRICS or on-track to chartership, and bring pre/post-contract experience with strong client-facing communication. A UK driving licence is essential for site visits.

Qualifications

• RICS accredited Quantity Surveying degree required.
• MRICS or working towards chartership essential.
• Experience delivering pre- and post-contract services.
• Consultancy experience in private and public sectors.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
• Work across sectors including education, commercial, healthcare and industrial.
• Support senior staff with cost management, procurement and contract administration.
• Prepare cost plans, tender documents and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients and design teams.
