Job summary

ReWork Recruitment Group Ltd. is seeking a Chartered Project Manager in London to lead client-facing projects in commercial real estate, from inception to completion.

You will drive refurbishment, repositioning, fit-out and development initiatives, partnering with investors, developers and owners. The role requires MRICS qualification with a strong technical background in Building Surveying or Project Management, delivering value to clients while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with strong commercial property experience.
• Experience leading client-facing projects from inception to delivery.
• London-based consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant teams and take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
• Build relationships and act as a trusted adviser to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver refurbishment, repositioning, and development projects.
