Job summary

Colliers in London seeks a Newly Chartered Project Manager to join our Project & Building Consultancy team and deliver projects across a diverse portfolio. You will work alongside experienced directors and senior PMs to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires MRICS status (or status achieved within the last 12–24 months), strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach. UK work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification recently achieved or within the last 12–24 months.
• Experience in consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
