Job summary

Colliers UK in London is seeking a Newly Chartered Project Manager to join our London office. You will deliver a diverse portfolio across commercial offices, industrial and mixed-use developments, working alongside experienced directors and senior project managers.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and schedules, maintain client relationships, and ensure quality, risk management and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within the last 12 months).
• Experience in a consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to continuously learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
• Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
• Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
• Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.
