Job summary

TED Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor for a UK PQS firm. The role involves pre and post contract work on diverse projects across buildings and infrastructure, with MRICS qualification preferred and some team management experience.

Salary is £60,000–£75,000 with benefits and flexible/hybrid working. Ideal candidates will have around five years' post-graduate experience and UK QS qualifications, with JCT (and NEC knowledge preferred).

Qualifications

• Qualified UK QS with MRICS and 5+ years post graduate experience in a PQS firm.
• Recognised UK qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc or equivalent).
• Experience with pre and post contract work.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre and post contract activities on multiple projects.
• Support projects across buildings and infrastructure sectors.
• Mentor a small team and assist in resource planning.
