Fylde Housing (Fylde Council) is seeking a Moving On Tenancy Services Officer to support applicants moving on from temporary accommodation by providing homelessness and housing advice under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017. Qualificações

• Experience providing homelessness and housing advice under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to applicants moving on from temporary accommodation.
• Manage a caseload of applicants with Refugee Status who are homeless.
• Make decisions under homelessness legislation and work on your own initiative.
• Support applicants with repeat homelessness, abuse histories, mental health issues, chronic conditions, contact with the criminal justice system, substance misuse, and leaving supported accommodation.
