Job summary

Your Place (London) Limited is seeking a Move-On Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of the Move-On Team across Your Place services, guiding residents towards safe, sustainable accommodation and a clear move-on pathway.

You will build landlord partnerships, coordinate personalised move-on offers, monitor tenancy sustainment outcomes, and work with managers, residents and external agencies to reduce homelessness and support independent living.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people affected by homelessness and housing insecurity.
• Experience of move-on, resettlement, tenancy sustainment or private rented sector access work.
• Experience supervising staff or coordinating workloads.
• Ability to build relationships with landlords and housing providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the Move-On Team with personalised move-on, resettlement and tenancy sustainment support.
• Develop and maintain a clear move-on pathway from assessment to post-move tenancy sustainment.
• Embed move-on planning into keywork and case reviews, providing specialist advice to managers and colleagues.
• Ensure each resident has a personalised move-on plan based on need, eligibility and tenancy readiness.
• Oversee post-move tenancy sustainment support and tenancy readiness activities.
• Monitor outcomes and report to Service Manager and commissioners on progress and barriers.
