Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive homelessness and housing advice under the Homeless Reduction Act 2017.
• Support applicants moving on from temporary accommodation.
• Manage a caseload of applicants including Refugee Status cases.
• Assist with safeguarding and referral pathways as required.
