One25 in Bristol is seeking a Move On Case Worker to join the service team. You will support women who have stopped or reduced street sex work, delivering ongoing contact to reduce risk and working directly with them to identify personal goals and access new community spaces.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed support, creativity, and a person-centred approach. It is a 2-year fixed-term contract based in St Pauls, Bristol, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential for the 4 Day Week

Responsabilidades

• Support women who have stopped or reduced street sex work, providing ongoing contact and support to reduce the risk of returning to street sex work.
• Provide trauma-informed support to women and work directly with them to identify personal goals.
• Assist women to access new community spaces and develop new skills.
• Collaborate with the specialist casework team to ensure holistic support and safety.
