Job summary

DiverseJobsMatter in Bristol is seeking a Community Support Worker to join a specialist team providing practical, person-centred support to individuals aiming for greater independence and community participation.

You will work with an experienced team to help clients set goals, access services and build life skills. The role is based in St Paul’s, Bristol, full-time, 37.5 hours/week, with occasional evening outreaches and on-call shifts.
