Job summary

M-Sport Limited at Dovenby Hall, UK, invites applications for a Senior Design Engineer (Mechanical) to lead the design, development and validation of high-performance mechanical systems across our motorsport programmes.

You will own complex components from concept through to manufacture, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with manufacturing, quality and project teams to deliver timely, robust solutions.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Motorsport Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Significant design experience in high-performance engineering.
• Strong CAD and engineering drawing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical components and assemblies.
• Provide engineering guidance and mentoring to junior and design engineers.
• Produce and maintain 3D models, drawings, BOMs and documentation.
• Develop innovative concepts and validate designs through testing and analysis.
• Manage design changes and collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams.
