Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced CNC Miller / Setter / Operator for a permanent role in Hemel Hempstead. You will set up and run HAAS CNC milling machines across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis setups, read engineering drawings, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances in a modern, air-conditioned facility.

The role offers overtime opportunities and a stable, family-run environment with strong staff retention and long-term potential within a busy precision engineering operation.

Formación

• Experience as CNC Miller / Setter / Operator in precision engineering.
• Experience with HAAS controls advantageous.
• Experience with 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Overtime availability and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Set and operate HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Work across 3-, 4- and 5-axis mills.
• Edit programs at the machine when required.
• Produce parts to tight tolerances from drawings.
• Support production in a busy machining environment.
