Job summary

McLaren Motorsport is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to deliver market-leading engineering services to our global customer base. You will be the primary contact for customer race programs, supporting GT3/GT4 project teams with data analysis, ECU programming, and post-event reporting.

You will work with internal engineering teams, share feedback on technical issues, and provide on-event technical support, including travel across the UK and abroad.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (BSc/BEng/MEng/MSc or equivalent).
• Experience in motorsport industry essential or with race teams.
• Strong data analysis and systems-wide experience including GT3-GT4 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis and reports from live events.
• Support track-side data analysis and ECU/BOP related tasks.
• Liaise with Development, Engineering and Series Development teams for feedback.
• Create engineering reports from live events and feed into wider teams.
• Offer workshop-based remote diagnostic sessions for customer teams.
• Travel with McLaren Motorsport to events globally as required.
