Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC is seeking an Assembly Technician to build, service and maintain high-performance assemblies and pit-stop equipment. You will work with the Race Team and multiple departments to ensure builds meet exacting standards under time pressure.

You will interpret drawings, maintain records, and contribute to manuals while upholding safety and quality across fast-paced, collaborative operations.

Qualifications

• Motorsport or high-performance automotive experience is advantageous.
• Mechanical assembly and engineering experience is required or desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and build guides with accuracy.
• Strong practical skills with a methodical approach to problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and effective teamwork within a cross-functional group.
• Proactive, adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and pride in delivering high standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain AMRF1 sub-assemblies to spec.
• Develop pit stop equipment, tooling and related gear.
• Maintain build/service records with full traceability per ISO9001.
• Identify faults and optimize component reliability.
• Assist in creating build manuals and guides.
• Maintain rigs, tooling and test equipment.
• Support component development and initial car builds.
• Provide end-to-end technical support to Race Team on time and spec.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality and race ops.
• Assist training of new team members.
• Attend events and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain safety, organisation, professionalism and workmanship.
