Job summary

Halfords in Romford is seeking people who love motoring and cycling and can deliver outstanding customer service in-store and in the car park. You’ll fit car parts and assist with cycle repairs, with training to develop the skills you need for market‑leading service.

You’ll work on a range of fittings, including car parts, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing, and you’ll need a flexible weekend rota. Retail experience helps, but we’ll train you to grow within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding needs.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver market-leading standards of service in-store and in the car park.
• Assist with fitting car parts and cycle repairs, with training provided.
• Work across car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills while working quickly and efficiently.
