Job summary

Halfords in Kilmarnock is seeking a Part Time Retail Colleague to support customers in our car parts and cycle servicing teams. You will help customers in-store and in the car park, delivering market-leading service and solutions for bikes and vehicles.

Ideally you have experience in fitting car parts or cycle repairs and are comfortable working a weekend rota. Training is provided to help you grow within the UK's leading motoring and cycling retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Knowledge of car parts fitting and cycle repair is a plus; targets may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and in the car park with fitting car parts.
• Carry out cycle servicing and related repairs.
• Deliver high standards of service and upsell where appropriate.
• Develop product knowledge to support customers effectively.
