Job summary

Halfords in Newry is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to support our motoring and cycling customers. You’ll deliver car parts fitting and cycle servicing, work on vehicles in our car park and in-store, and bring a proactive, sales‑driven approach to helping customers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in a retail environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Knowledge of car parts fitting or cycle repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fit car parts and service bikes for customers in-store and in the car park.
• Provide a range of fitting services including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and servicing.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work efficiently to meet targets.
