Job summary

Halfords in Bicester is hiring part-time Retail Colleague to join our motoring and cycling team. You’ll fit car parts and service cycles, delivering high levels of customer care in-store and in our car park, while completing around 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service in retail sales.
• Proactive in helping customers and understanding needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with car parts fitting and cycle repair as trained.
• Work on customers’ vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store.
• Deliver high standards of service and sales support.
• Help reach sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
