Halfords in Kirkcaldy is seeking a customer-focused colleague for a part-time role (20 hours per week) at the retail park site. You’ll help customers with car parts fitting and cycle services, delivering market-leading standards of service both in-store and in the car park.

Experience in retail is preferred, with a proactive approach to understanding customers’ needs. Training is provided to develop skills in parts fitting and cycle repair, with weekend availability and rota flexibility.

• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car parts fitting and cycle servicing in-store and in the car park.
