Job summary

RecruitedUK is seeking an experienced Automotive professional to join one of the UK's leading training providers. You will support learners and apprentices, guiding them through their training to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve qualifications and progress their careers.

You will manage a caseload, deliver face-to-face and blended learning, assess learner work and provide feedback, track KSBs and support timely progress.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' vocational experience within the Automotive sector.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Qualified, or working towards, a Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA).
  • Understanding of Ofsted and teaching and learning quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting a caseload of learners.
  • Planning and delivering face-to-face and blended learning.
  • Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Tracking learner Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs).
  • Supporting learners to achieve timely progress and completion.
  • Developing engaging learning and training materials.
  • Participating in and leading Internal Quality Assurance activities.
  • Maintaining accurate learner and assessment records.
  • Completing relevant occupational and teaching CPD.
  • Supporting continuous improvements in teaching, learning and assessment.
