Windsor Forest Colleges group seeks a Technician - Motor Vehicle to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus in Maidenhead on a full-time permanent basis. The role supports practical teaching, assists in demonstrations, and prepares equipment for lessons, while contributing to events and learner experience.

Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, plus Level 2 English and maths, and workshop-based experience.

• Experience working in a workshop-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in student induction and demonstrations for learners.
• Support teaching staff with practical demonstrations and instructions.
• Prepare equipment and materials for lessons.
• Participate in events (parents' evenings, recruitment, trade days, open days).
• Maintain a safe learning environment through risk assessments and equipment maintenance.
• Manage supplies, parts and consumables; keep learning areas clean and organized.
