Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Retail Motor Technical Pricing Manager to lead a team of six and own the technical pricing models for Direct Motor. You will drive development, monitoring and refreshes of GBM and GLM models, leveraging migrated data assets and collaborating with the central data team to ensure top data quality.

You will work within a global pricing community, sharing best practices and driving advanced risk modelling techniques while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across

Qualifications

• As our Retail Motor Technical Pricing Manager, you will drive the technical pricing capability and maintain models underpinning over £1bn of personal lines motor GWP.
• You will lead development and monitoring of GBM and GLM models and oversee data quality with the central data team.
• You will stay at the cutting edge of risk modelling through regular R&D phases with the pricing and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 FTE in direct motor pricing.
• Maintain, develop and monitor pricing models for Direct Motor products.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality modelling data.
• Deliver regular GBM and GLM model refreshes and improvements.
• Share expertise across Allianz pricing teams globally.
