Allianz UK is recruiting for a Motor Claims Specialist in Leeds, based in-office five days a week. You will register and validate new motor claims promptly, applying policy terms and handling a varied caseload with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims within your authority, collaborating with underwriters, solicitors, and loss adjusters to reach fair outcomes while maintaining reserves and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Manage a busy motor claims caseload and prioritise workload.
• Investigate and settle claims within policy terms.
• Identify potential fraud through evidence gathering and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with underwriters, suppliers and loss adjusters to resolve claims.

Responsabilités

• Register and validate new motor claims promptly, accurately applying policy terms and conditions.
• Investigate, negotiate, and settle claims within your authority limits to deliver fair and timely outcomes.
• Liaise with underwriters, suppliers, solicitors, and loss adjusters to ensure smooth claim resolution.
• Maintain accurate reserves and process payments in line with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Manage diaries and recoveries within agreed timeframes.
• Escalate claims outside your authority in line with referral processes.
• Support team development by sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience through innovation and technology.
