• At least 2 years+ experience handling litigated motor claims and managing your own caseload.
• Experience in credit hire is essential for this position.
• Prioritisation and organisation to manage time and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
• IT literate with good Excel and Word skills.
• Commercial awareness to work within fee structures.
• Resilience and willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide a timely, professional service to clients in management of litigated vehicle hire and damage cases.
• Be responsible for a varied caseload of litigated work with supervision.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, with knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
• Record timely and accurate management information and meet performance measures.
• Support marketing and business development activity within the team.
