DAC Beachcroft LLP in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer or Paralegal for the Vehicle Hire and Damage team. You will manage litigated motor claims and credit hire matters, handling a varied caseload with supervision as needed.

The role supports a team dealing with complex injury, fraud and related litigation, with opportunities to work from Birmingham or Newport and to explore remote working with monthly office attendance for training and events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years+ experience handling litigated motor claims and managing own caseload.
• Experience in credit hire is essential for this position.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional service to clients in management of litigated vehicle hire and damage cases.
• Handle a varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Act as a client contact demonstrating knowledge and skill commensurate with experience.
• Meet internal and external service level agreements and record timely information.
• Meet individual performance measures and support marketing and business development.
