This role is ideal for someone with some existing motor claims experience who is looking to broaden their knowledge, develop new skills and take ownership of claims from start to finish. If you're customer-focused, proactive and eager to learn, you'll be given the tools and support needed to succeed.
As a Motor Claims Handler, you'll manage a varied caseload, guiding customers through what can often be a difficult time. From the initial notification of a claim through to settlement, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the claims journey, including liability investigations, vehicle damage, credit hire and injury-related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise beyond a single area of claims and develop into a well-rounded claims professional.
You’ll be empowered to take increasing ownership of your claims, making informed decisions, conducting investigations and driving claims towards timely and fair resolutions.
