Job summary

Verisk Analytics is seeking a claims administrator to proactively manage vehicle damage claims arising from accidents. You will strive to reduce hire periods by meeting tight deadlines and returning claimants to pre-accident status efficiently.

The role involves liaising with engineers, brokers, policyholders and third parties to review liability while ensuring customers do not incur unnecessary costs. Hybrid working is available after competency is reached.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the claim regarding vehicle damage sustained from the accident.
  • Reduce hire periods by monitoring and working to tight deadlines to return claimant to pre‑accident position quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure our customer does not incur unnecessary additional costs.
  • Liaise with engineers, brokers, policy holders, third‑party companies and/or garages via phone and occasionally via email or letter to review accident circumstances and investigate liability.
