An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Motor Claims Handler to join their dynamic team. Starting salary: £25,100 to £28,500 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits.
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week, with options for part-time work.
Due to continued growth, we have exciting opportunities in our Personal Lines Motor Claims Team.

This is a permanent role with shift patterns from 8.00am to 6.15pm, Monday to Friday.
Your role involves supporting customers through their motor claim journey—taking initial notifications, gathering relevant information, supporting with replacement vehicles, or providing updates on repairs. You may join our Liability team reviewing complex cases or our Overseas team assisting customers abroad.
Across all our claims teams, you will proactively minimize customer inconvenience, juggling multiple tasks using digital systems in a telephony-based role, making quick decisions to achieve the best outcomes.
