Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for the claims engineering department and ensure standards are followed
• Identify referrals such as unrelated damage or modifications
• Complete all allocated training to stay up to date with technology, repair methods and FCA regulations
• Mitigate supplier risks and protect the business by reporting to management
