Vizion Network in Wellingborough is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver high-quality service, manage motor claims from initial contact to handover, and ensure SLA targets are met.

You will handle calls and emails, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with the claims network to provide timely updates and resolutions. This is a permanent, site-based role with 37.5 hours per week and benefits.
