Hastings Direct is seeking a Commercial Manager to shape and deliver the Motor Claims Third Party and TPPD strategy, driving commercial performance and value creation across the claims journey.

You will lead data-led opportunities, manage supplier partnerships, and own the commercial success of a key portfolio, delivering measurable improvements in cost, control, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims/insurance or commercial management in regulated industries.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into decisions and explain to stakeholders.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop junior team members.
