Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Claims Commercial Manager for Home Claims, with hybrid working in Leicester, London or Bexhill. You will lead the delivery of the commercial and trading strategy, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to meet ambitious targets and transform Home Claims into a leading function.

The role requires strong commercial sense, analytical ability and excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance across the Home Claims

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial initiatives across a busy Home Claims function.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical capability to translate data into clear insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of our Home Claims strategy to maximise commercial outcomes.
• Driving data led performance improvement opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Managing contractual relationships with external suppliers to achieve strong commercial and customer outcomes.
• Managing risk and business continuity with the business area and developing mitigation strategies.
• Owning the commercial performance of a key component of Home Claims.
• Identifying trading performance improvement opportunities.
