Gismart in London, UK, seeks a creative Motion Designer to own end-to-end video production for performance campaigns. You will design and animate video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, collaborating with the UA team to iterate on briefs and concepts.

You'll ship high-quality assets at a fast cadence, with strong After Effects and Premiere Pro skills, and basic sound design. Remote-friendly, with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing
• Portfolio showcasing motion design work (performance marketing video ads a big plus)
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
• Basic sound design and mixing skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

About the role:

Our team is looking for a creative, driven Motion Designer to join us. If you're not afraid of challenges, ready to grow fast, make decisions, and take ownership, we’re a match. We don't limit our designers to just producing videos. We’re building a team where people support each other, bring their own ideas, shape processes, and own their initiatives from start to finish.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives

• Portfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus)

• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs

• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality

• Basic sound design and mixing skills

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)

• llustrator and Figma for static assets

• Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives

• Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and optimize your own and your team's workflow

Responsibilities:
