Job summary

Jones Knowles Ritchie Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a Motion Designer to develop motion graphics and edit content that elevates brand narratives across multiple touchpoints. You’ll work on brand films, social content, and motion identities, exploring techniques to bring ideas to life from concept through delivery.

You will continue evolving as a motion generalist, expanding 2D and 3D skills and experimenting with AI and new tools, while collaborating with the team to deliver creative, timely

Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating motion design across brand, social and campaigns.
• 0–5 years experience in motion design; quality and ambition matter more than years.
• Strong After Effects skills; interest in developing 3D skills.
• Experience with AI and emerging creative tools is a plus.
• Strong eye for design, typography, colour and storytelling.
• Willing to experiment with new tools and workflows.
• Ability to adapt approach to the creative challenge and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design.
• Develop and present motion concepts and explorations.
• Bring ideas to life through animation, editing and visual craft.
• Edit content for brand films, social and other moving image formats.
• Explore different techniques to solve creative challenges.
• Respond to feedback and iterate quickly.
• Take ownership from exploration to final delivery.
• Build on existing ideas rather than just executing briefs.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver timely solutions.
• Work with internal and client knowledge to improve motion graphics.
