Job summary

Huge is seeking a Motion Design Lead to join the Creative Craft team. You will bridge traditional 2D motion and advanced 3D environments using AI tools, collaborating with creative teams to concept, storyboard, design, and animate content across broadcast, web, and immersive experiences.

The role drives motion strategy and elevates visual craft, using real‑time rendering and AI workflows. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in motion design, a strong 3D portfolio, and expertise in Cinema 4D and After

Qualifications

• 6+ years of motion design experience with emphasis on advanced 3D workflows.
• Strong portfolio with high‑fidelity 3D VFX in advertising/digital campaigns.
• Expertise in Cinema 4D, Redshift/Octane, After Effects; solid 3D generalist skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across digital, web, advertising, and video to align motion design with campaign goals.
• Integrate AI workflows to rapidly iterate mood boards, style frames, and pre-visualization.
• Create high-end motion graphics, 3D assets, and cinematic environments.
• Develop look development, lighting, texturing, modeling, and rendering for 3D outputs.
• Pitch concepts to stakeholders and communicate the strategy behind aesthetics and tech.
