The role emphasizes standout motion capabilities, a strong portfolio, and a proactive approach to leveraging generative AI to elevate creative ideation and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong motion design experience with a standout portfolio across channels.
• Expert motion skills using After Effects and Adobe tools.
• Interest in AI and its applications in design and motion graphics.
• Experience in a creative agency or in-house studio is a plus.
• Ability to think creatively, present ideas, and articulate thinking clearly.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design & Ownership across digital assets and campaigns.
• Gen‑AI Innovation to prototype concepts and elevate ideation.
• Multi‑Channel Design for email, digital media, print, events, and OOH.
• Strategic collaboration with client brief owners, PMs, and studio teams.
