Stopgap is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join a small Creative team in London. You will deliver high-impact designs, specializing in motion graphics and 3D renders while exploring emerging AI tools to enhance workflow.

With at least 4-6 years of agency experience, strong software proficiency, and a passion for creative innovation, you will play a key role in executing concept-led designs. This position is hybrid with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and digital design.
• Expert-level proficiency in design software.
• Proactive interest in Agentic AI and augmented workflows.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-impact creative designs and motion graphics.
• Explore and embed emerging AI tools within the motion pipeline.
• Ensure all digital design output is on-brand and optimized for performance.
