Job summary

Holdens Agency Limited in Manchester is seeking a mid-senior Brand & Motion Designer to shape standout brand work, moving fluidly between static identity and motion across campaigns, apps and immersive experiences.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and Strategy, Client Experience and Digital teams to ensure on-brief, on-brand delivery, building design systems and bringing brands to life with After Effects and AI-ready workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer with strong motion skills or a Motion Designer with brand experience.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Confident working in After Effects with strong timing and craft in motion.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand thinking and applied motion/animation work.
• Able to take ideas from inception through to delivery within a team.
• Confident communicator in presentations and discussions.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept through to final delivery with the Creative Director.
• Design brand identities, guidelines, AI-ready design systems and assets.
• Apply brand design across digital, print, social and campaigns.
• Design and animate motion content for campaigns and digital products.
• Collaborate with strategists, account managers, developers and content teams to meet the brief.
• Present and discuss creative work in client meetings.
