Profiles Creative is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join a branding-focused creative agency in London. You will craft motion across brand identities, animated logos and digital experiences, translating briefs into compelling animations.

You will lead concept development, storyboard, animation, and delivery while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with designers, developers and creatives. This role blends creative exploration with technical craft in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion design for branding and agencies.
• Strong portfolio of brand identities and animated logos.
• Advanced After Effects and Premiere Pro skills.
• Strong typography, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to lead across projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality motion design across branding and digital projects.
• Participate from idea to animation, production and delivery.
• Create motion across brand identity, animated logos, branded content, and digital platforms.
• Develop motion systems and principles to bring brand identities to life.
• Collaborate with designers, creatives and developers to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Mentor and share best practices with the team.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality.
• Present ideas and contribute to creative discussions.
